Ed Cruz is the Principal Partner of WorkSmarter, LLC. He provided consulting services for leading financial firms in New York City such as JP Morgan Chase, State Street Bank, Bank of America/Merill-Lynch, Alliance Bernstein and Fortress Investments. Prior to forming WorkSmarter, Mr. Cruz was a trade analyst at Lehman Brothers from 1995 to 1999. He received his M.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College City of New York.

Brynson Perillo is the Senior Partner of WorkSmarter, LLC.  He has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years in various technical and senior management positions.  His titles included Network Engineer/Administrator, National Field Service Manager, Account Manager, Service Desk Director and Director of Project Management.  Mr. Perillo holds a Bachelor Business Administration degree from Baruch College City of New York and various certifications in the technical and project management industry.
